The Large size base sweater started as a vintage red-and-black jacquard knit. I’ve added pink fleece appliqué patches and one large anime-style print panel on the front. All of the patches are applied using a tight zigzag stitch to keep the edges clean on the knit body, since knits tend to stretch and curl when you sew into them.
